Chef Pat has catered 2 pre-Bat Mitzvah dinners, an 80th birthday dinner, a 50th wedding anniversary party and 2 weddings for our family. He tailored all occasions to our dietary needs, cultural backgrounds and creative requests. We have had whitefish wrapped in a fish shaped phyllo dough to Argentine chorizo to vegan gourmet to delectable cotton candy. His staff is always top notch. Highly recommend his services and his food is out of this world!

We had Chef Pat prepare a fantastic dinner for 12 in our home. Not only was the food spectacular but the presentation impeccable. Needless to say our guests were quite impressed. We would not hesitate to call upon Chef in the future. One more thing our kitchen was left spotless!

Our family has been acquainted with Chef Pat both personally and professionally. We have been fortunate to attend gatherings at his home and eaten some of the tastiest cookout dishes ever. We have eaten at the restaurants at which he was employed. Lucky us - we were sometimes the first to taste his original dishes. The best memory is when he catered my birthday party. We had him the entire afternoon, crafting appetizers and delectable desserts. My 85 year-old aunt still talks about that party to this day and continually expresses the wish Pat and family would move to the Quad Cities.

Pat brings joy, authenticity and beauty to every aspect of the culinary experience. Pat has worked with Chicago’s finest chefs and is most certainly a member of this exclusive brother and sisterhood. This is incredible to have Pat at the helm for menu planning and cooking and presentation for the success of my events! I just pray that when I need to book Chef Pat and Co that they will be available for I am certain that Pat and Co will be in the greatest demand!
